Received Incredible customer service, not only in servicing of boat but they also changed our trailer tire and arranged to take our boat over to Power Sport for the engine service (as its a Merc).The attitude of all staff has been very inviting and they make you feel valued. It doesnt matter if you didnt purchase your boat through their dealership, they treat you the same .... unlike Regina Marine stating to me that customers who purchased their boat with them get priority service We will definitely continue doing business with Reed Leisure

I walked in not knowing very much about side by sides, all I knew was that I wanted something with a plow to make clearing my driveway easier. Stacey was amazing, he explained what I needed and why, and was very patient with me throughout the entire process. I asked a lot of questions, Stacey was great about answering all of them easily and with a smile in his eyes. Cameron delivered the machine, and he was also very nice, he showed me how to operate it, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable before he drove off and left me to plow my driveway for the first time. All in all, a wonderful first-time buyers experience. I was sold what I needed, without being sold what I didnt need. Would 100% recommend Reeds!

I purchased my Brute Force from here a couple of weeks ago. The service was awesome! The staff was knowledgeable, and friendly and didn't make you feel pressured. They were able to answer all my questions and the mechanic went over the whole quad with me before I left with it making, sure I understood how to service it and all its features. I would recommend purchasing from here. It was easy and comfortable! Lots of Kawasaki stock to choose from also.
